We have an experienced in-house design team that can work with you from concept to completion. If you have existing branding or artwork, we can incorporate it. If you’re starting from scratch, we can develop a sign design that perfectly meets your needs and local regulations.

Can you help with the design, or do I need to provide my own artwork?

Consultation: We discuss your needs and budget.
Concept & Quote: We present initial concepts and a detailed quote.
Proofing: Our team provides detailed digital proofs for your review and feedback.
Final Approval: Once you approve the final design and materials, the project moves to manufacturing. Manufacturing only begins after your final written approval.

What is the typical design and approval process?

Manufacturing time varies significantly based on the type of sign, complexity, materials, and current production volume.

Simple Internal/Safety Signs might take 1-2 weeks.
Complex, custom-fabricated signs like Monument or Illuminated Facade Signs can take 4-8 weeks or longer after final design approval and permit acquisition. We will provide a specific timeline with your quote.

What is the typical lead time for delivery and installation?

This is scheduled after the sign is manufactured. Installation is typically scheduled within 1-2 weeks of fabrication completion. We coordinate with you to pick a date and time that causes minimal disruption to your business.
